Nearby, there are a few small farms, a horse paddock, and other residential homes. Thanks to its hillside location, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Alps: Lake Como and Lago di Mezzola, the mountain backdrop with its Alpine massif, various neighborhoods, and the Fuentes shopping and business center with its helipad. The town center, with grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the lake, is approximately 3.5 km away. Pian di Spagna, Lombardy’s largest nature reserve, is also just a few minutes away by bike. Apartment C is accessible via 18 steps from the parking level; each apartment comes with a carport.
