This beautiful home guarantees a delightful stay for vacations with family or friends, in a fabulous scenic area offering views of the nearby sea at Pescoluse (the “Maldives of Salento”).
The outdoor area features a spacious courtyard surrounded by low stone walls, with a large wicker gazebo in one corner, furnished with tables and chairs, a pizza oven, and a grill—perfect for hosting wonderful dinners with friends.
At the front of the villa is a stunning in-ground pool (9x5) with built-in steps for easy access, surrounded by an area equipped with comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing.
At the rear of the villa is the laundry area, which includes a sink and a washing machine. Climbing up the characteristic stone steps, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, which opens up all around to a breathtaking panorama, rich in light, natural colors, and intoxicating scents.
Inside the villa, you’ll find a charming living room/kitchen with a large arched window above the kitchenette, located directly on the wall next to the entrance, offering sweeping views of the majestic countryside all around. The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed to be comfortable year-round, including a refrigerator with a top-mounted freezer, a stovetop, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a coffee maker, an iron, a two-person sofa bed, and, on the wall opposite the kitchen, a sideboard with a 32-inch TV.
In the sleeping area, equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning, there are three cozy bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin beds—furnished with nightstands, built-in closets, and a safe, creating an extremely relaxing atmosphere enhanced by the soft colors of the furnishings. Finally, centrally located within the sleeping area are two comfortable bathrooms, each with a shower stall and a large mirror.
