Au premier coup d’œil, cela semblait pas trop mal, mais…
Appartement vétuste.
Insonorisation épouvantable. (On entend le voisin du dessus rentrer chez lui, marcher dans son appartement, passer l’aspirateur, bavarder avec ses copains… se disputer avec l’un d’entre eux)
Vaisselle et couverts dépareillés et pour certaines pièces ébréchées et/ou pas propres.
Casseroles pas nettes.
Tiroirs de la cuisine pas propres.
Certains instruments de cuisine en mauvais état.
Râpe à fromage et légumes rouillée.
Mobilier style IKEA bas de gamme, inconfortable et en état déplorable.
Sur la présentation, la table était garnie d’une nappe en tissu. En réalité, une nappe en plastique transparent bien épaisse.
Coins de salle de douche nettoyé plus que sommairement.
Gobelet de brosse à dents à ne surtout pas utiliser : Danger d’infection.
Frais de nettoyage astronomique pour la qualité observée.
Mais en plus, il est demandé que tout ce qui concerne la cuisine soit laissé propre pour les suivants… et on doit sortir ses poubelles.
Deux fois des frais de service !!!!
Après discussion avec des voisins, il semblerait que ce soit occupé par le propriétaire principalement et très peu loué.
Bref! Pour un tarif pareil, nous aurions dû nous trouver dans un logement 5 étoiles.
Je n’en donnerais à peine une!

Réaction de l’agence qui rappelle. Personne à la limite de la politesse d’usage nous accusant de ne pas vouloir payer. (Tout était payé avec en plus une garantie de 1.000 Euros!!!)
Conclusion: Ne tombez pas dans le panneau, c’est une arnaque.
Les commentaires élogieux ne traduisent pas la réalité.
J’aurais voulu poster plus de photos, mais pas possible.
