Welcome to Apartment 4 in the Belvedere B building!
This family-friendly, 33-square-meter apartment with a terrace is perfectly located right on the new promenade at Großbroder’s South Beach and will delight you with its magnificent view of the dunes, the sea, and the pier! Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, beach chair rentals, the “Kinderinsel” (Kids’ Island), and numerous event venues are just a few meters away along the promenade.
You enter the cozy apartment through a small hallway leading to a separate bedroom with two single beds (80 cm × 190 cm) and the shower room. The shower room is equipped with a shower curtain, a hair dryer, and a mirror cabinet with an electrical outlet.
From the living room—which features a kitchenette, a dining area for up to 4 people, a large sofa area, and a TV—you can enjoy the ocean view through the large windows and step out onto the furnished terrace. From morning until early evening, you can soak up the sun here and relax while taking in the view of the promenade, dunes, and sea.
The large corner sofa offers a cozy sleeping spot for 2 additional guests. For an undisturbed night’s sleep or a nap, you can darken the room by closing the curtains on the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
For younger guests, a travel crib, various games, and puzzles are available.
The compact kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and enjoying your meals.
You can park your car right in front of the house in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are situated side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier plaza. Here you’ll find approximately 33 square meters of lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy relaxing on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.
You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a place to park. Bicycle racks are available at the buildings for your bikes. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.
