Welcome to the “Meerblick” apartment, Unit 58 in Building 1 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!
Highlight:
During the swimming season (approx. May–September), a free beach chair is available to you on the fine-sand Südstrand!
This completely renovated apartment features a stylish ambiance. The living room, which was expanded during the renovation and features an integrated L-shaped kitchen, offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from the 6th floor—even while you’re cooking.
Thanks to the apartment’s corner location, both separate bedrooms offer a side view of the sea. The first bedroom features a single bed—which can easily be pulled out to form a double bed (2×80×200 cm)—as well as a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom features a double bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm), nightstands with lamps, and a 40" flat-screen TV.
There is also a 40" flat-screen TV in the living room. The fold-out couch provides a place to sleep for an additional guest if needed.
At the large dining table by the window, you can enjoy your meals with a view of the sea.
The balcony has been stylishly furnished with wooden furniture, decorated, and equipped with romantic lighting. Enjoy the sun and the fantastic ocean view here from mid-morning until late afternoon!
The toilet and shower room are separate. In the shower room, you’ll find a towel warmer, a sink with vanity cabinet and illuminated mirror, and a shower with a fixed glass shower enclosure. The restroom features a hand-washing sink with a mirror.
A crib and a high chair are available for our youngest guests.
The apartment offers guests their own Wi-Fi access.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories high—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators in each building and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee). The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.

Leider nicht so schön, wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung wurde schön eingerichtet, aber nicht so gut gepflegt. Die WC-Tür klemmt, der Duschkopf ist defekt. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist etwas spärlich. Geputzt war sie auch nicht so gut. Der Balkon ist schön und der Blick auf die Ostsee ist super.
