The "Seevogel" Villa is located on Poststraße in Warnemünde, not far from Kirchenplatz. At the "Seevogel" Villa, we offer four tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 6 people. In the villa’s garden, you can relax in a beach chair while enjoying a refreshing Rostocker Pils. Dear guests, welcome to Villa Seevogel! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This vintage-style, 3-room “Fischreiher” vacation apartment on the first floor offers ample space for up to 6 people and measures approximately 95 square meters. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. One bedroom features a second TV. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed. The spacious kitchen-diner with a large dining table offers plenty of room for a cozy breakfast. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully fitted with high-quality PVC flooring. There are two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. The living room features a TV (cable), radio, CD and DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. One bedroom with a second TV. A parking space in the new Molenfeuer parking garage is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). The vacation rental is for non-smokers only. Two large balconies offer plenty of space to relax. Enjoy our spacious garden area furnished with beach chairs.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Wir haben einige sehr schöne Tage im weihnachtlichen Warnemünde erlebt. Es war allerdings sehr beschwerlich, drei Stunden bei Kälte am Testzentrum anzustehen ,trotz Anmeldung!
