There will be equipment and contractors working at the property daily starting on 4/1/24 until 4/8 at the upper and lower pools bathrooms. This building's roof has already been completed. I stayed here with a coworker for a couple weeks and we were spoiled in this condo! The AC works great, nice updated sizable showers, large high quality tv in the living room, fast reliable WiFi, and the kitchen was fully stocked to cook! Would definitely stay here again! If the dates were available we would have extended another 2 weeks!

We had an amazing trip to Maui and absolutely loved our time in this condo - not only was it spacious and incredibly clean it was so well stocked - just the most thoughtful and thorough supplies and amenities for our family. Not to mention the VIEW - we were not expecting the beautiful little green space outside our lanai nor the ocean view - we saw WHALES during breakfast one morning. It was just great and we cannot recommend Wailea Vacation Rentals more highly - we'll definitely be back!

Would have rather not loverlooked the pickelball courts since they are very busy and loud starting at 8 AM thru the morning. Other than that all was good. Pretty well supplied kitchen but would have loved to have frig with filtered water.

Unfortunately due to the combination of a cancelled flight and a subsequent breakdown of the airline’s computer booking system my partner ani I were only able to join my daughter and two granddaughters there for one night rather than our originally planned five night’s stay. The accommodation however was excellent. Well maintained and clean. The staff we met were polite. From my previous experience that part of Maui has the best beaches.

Impressed with cleanliness of unit, household supplies is adequate. Kitchen utensils are clean and enough for family of 6. Welcome kit is a plus from the owner. Feel like being treated as courtesy and respect. So far we are satisfied during our stay. Would give highest 4.5 stars compared to other units we rented 3 during this trip for the entire family reunion this year. Great communication/notification from management group. Would love to be back again.

Maui perfection
This was the nicest unit I have stayed at yet in Maui! It was so clean, very quiet, beautiful view, huge rooms and plenty of space. It was nice to have assigned parking that made it easy to get in after a long day in the sun. The entire complex is very quiet and the pool was the perfect size. It is in a very safe area and no concerns with safety. There is everything you could ever need in the unit and the welcome gift was especially nice. This was by far our favorite rental and we will for sure be staying here again and again.

(Except handsoap in the bathrooms! Minor detail) we loved the quiet location & beautiful grounds - we used the BBQs & the family enjoyed the pool/hot tub one night - would def stay again

Very nice place to stay and close to some nice beaches. It was quiet, well maintained and safe. Pretty view of the ocean and sunsets from the lanai. The two pools were clean. The staff was responsive and friendly. I would recommend for those staying on Maui to consider this place.

The only issue we had was that the air conditioning units were on 4 hour timers when we would return after being out all day the villa was very hot and during the night you had to get up and turn timers back on or it would get too hot. The positive side good location , had beach towels, chairs , snorkel items. Washer dryer.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Champions Golf Villas in Maui. Great location-walking distance to Beach, Shopping, Tennis and Golf. Several Pools on-site. The Villa was stocked with most things needed for a beach vacation - boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers and the like. The master suite was a little warm as the air conditioners must be maintained at 72 degrees. First couple of nights were a little uncomfortable but we made due the remainder of our trip. Our unit overlooked the tennis courts and we had an ocean view from our Lanai. How perfect. One recommendation -- The welcome materials in the room should given more instructions about the closest beaches, how to get to them and where to park. But overall a great stay. I would reserve this place again!

Been coming to Maui for years and always stay at the Grand Champions. Was in unit 118 it this time and it worked out great. The layout and amenities were good for me and my 3 teens. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Easy access to the two pools on the property.

Close to the center of activity
This property is close to the Wailea Golf Club and other Wailea amenities. The beach is a bit of a hike, but if your looking for an upscale place to stay that is in the heart of the Wailea area, this is a good choice.

February 2020 Stay
We shared the condo with friends on their first visit to Hawaii. We loved the location, central to so many things we enjoyed. Daily walk to Wailea beach walk, Aloha surf school in Kihei, Outrigger Canoe Experience in Wailea, tennis, snorkling, and an upcountry hike at Waihua springs. Condo had everything we needed to cook and hang out.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-equipped home. We love the quiet setting it’s close to shopping in beautiful beaches. We were reminded to write in the guest book but, unfortunately, the guest books.
