Nothing, everything was good.

The location was very convenient and was probably the only positive aspect of my stay.
Very disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel.
First, the air conditioning in the room could not be turned off, making the room extremely cold. Despite reporting the issue to reception multiple times, no proper solution was offered. Instead, the staff simply provided additional blankets.
Second, the rooms were also very dark, with insufficient lighting.
Third, I tried ordering room service on two separate occasions, once for a chicken platter and another time for a pizza, but both items were unavailable, forcing me to change my order each time.
Finally, the breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of quality and variety, and fell well below what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially considering the price paid.
Overall, a disappointing stay that did not live up to the standards or expectations of a hotel in this category.
