The “Casa Bellavista” vacation home is situated on a gentle slope above Colico with views of the surrounding mountain scenery, surrounded by nature. You’ll find an idyllic, large garden with many palm trees, fruit trees, and flowering shrubs. The approximately 2,500 m² communal garden is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a barbecue. There are also two table tennis tables. Each apartment has two private outdoor areas. The solar-heated, underwater-illuminated pool (10 m x 5 m) and the children’s pool (3 m x 5 m x 0.30 m) are open from around Easter through the end of September, weather permitting. For the little ones, there’s a slide, a swing, and a sandbox. Here, with a view of the local mountain Monte Legnone, the lake, and the mountains, you can truly unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Below the pool is the vacation home “Casa del Sole,” which features four additional units. A washing machine is available to guests of both houses in the basement of this building. The pools and the communal garden are shared by guests of both houses. The village and the beaches are about a 5-minute drive away. You can park your car in the private parking spaces right next to the house. Pets are not allowed.
