Condo offers a walkway to the beach at the end of each beachfront building, picnic area w/charcoal grills, children's play area & swimming pool (seasonal). No Smoking, No Pets. This property needs TLC ASAP. The leg of a bed is held together by masking tape. A towel rack comes out of the wall. In one shower, the door is about to fall in the tub. In the other, the "safety bar" comes off in your hands. The appliances we used worked, as did the heat and hot water. The Wifi did not, until I fiddled with a rat's nest of cords. Topping it off, there's a strong indication of a bedbug infestation in both bedrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close walk to the beach. Calm quiet but cheerful community. I love how simple the home and décor was.

Easy to rent, great location, and clean. Please fix all the undone upgrades. (Bathroom Molding, bathroom towel holder, paint in bathroom, front door entry. New couch and recliner needed.)
Overall we still enjoyed our stay, but for the rental price everything should be repaired/remolded and in working order.
