About this house rental

The countryside by the sea, 5 km from Wissant, 2 km from Cap Gris Nez and the sea. In the centre of the great regional site of the two capes, in the beautiful village of Audinghen.
We offer you our comfortable holiday home with a very neat interior with very nice services.

First floor: Entrance hall, fitted kitchen and open to the living room equipped with a beautiful wood fire.
2 rooms for 2 people,
1 bathroom with WC and 1 separate WC.
Upstairs: Mezzanine living room with led TV.
3 bedrooms for 2 people with sinks.
Crib and high chair available.
Wifi internet access
Garage with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Large garden beautifully planted with trees with terrace of 75m2 facing south, barbecue and garden furniture. A long driveway runs alongside the house to park several cars.

Rental rates:
Weekend from Friday evening to Sunday evening: 480€
Weekend + 1 day: 560€
Weekend + 2 days: 665 €
Extra charges: Weekend: 60€. Week: 80€
School holidays from Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 10:00: 970 €
Low season week October to April excluding school holidays: 790€
High season week May to September excluding school holidays: 920€

All was clean and correct. Lovely house... The shower has a small issue with smell of the drain unfortunately.
