Stylish 2-room apartment for 2 people with a furnished balcony and access to the garden, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the promenade.
Through the main entrance, take the stairs and turn right to reach the upstairs apartment.
Here, you’ll find a stylish vacation apartment spanning approximately 40 square meters, featuring a combined living-dining room, bedroom, shower room, and separate kitchen. The vacation apartment is conveniently located very close to the main shopping areas and the Grömitz spa park, with its own entrance, a bike shed, and a separate laundry shed with coin-operated machines.
Immediately to the left, you’ll find the cozy bedroom, furnished with a double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a large closet. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition to a dining area for two people, the living room features a couch, an armchair, a smart TV, and direct access to the furnished balcony.
This charming vacation rental is centrally located in Grömitz. The spacious promenade, with its many shops—both small and large—as well as cafés and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
