Over all was a great place to stay in

Will stay again.

Easy comfortable room, great little kitchen. Easy street access and main street is only a short walk away. Many parks around for evening walks. Great fish and chips shop 5 minutes away. will stay again in the future.

Has potential...but currently not good value for money

I liked the stove top and the microwave. I liked the size of the apartment. I liked the air-conditioning.

Considering we were under the impression the apartment was self-contained, it was very disappointing to find that there was several basic items missing that would make the stay much more enjoyable and better value for money. The apartment had only partly been cleaned. The kitchen cupboards had dust, insects, and some mould in them. One cupboard door was hanging from hinge when opened. There was no dishwashing liquid and no tea towel. There were was no broom or cleaning cloth. There was only one bowl and one coffee/tea cup. There was no breadboard, no potato pealer or potato masher. The couch was extremely soiled to the point we had to put a cover over it, just so we could not see how grotty it was. The leaves from the passage way had not been removed, and they were continually blowing into the apartment. The court yard was not cleaned and there was a random bucket and mop thrown on the middle of this resting place.

Convenient but not comfortable, certainly more budget.

It was convenient for location and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable, it was sunken at the head of the bed so we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. The pillows were awful and the sheet didn't fit the bed. The shower/toilet was super pokey. No dishcloth to wash the one teaspoon and one spoon, absolutely minimal cooking equipment.

Nice big room with comfortable bed. Clean and very private. A good alternative to motels

Good location. Whilst out of the centre Bendigo, it was very easy walking. And Bendigo is a very nice place to walk around. Also room is quite big. Not being part of a motel or hotel means it is very private, secluded and quiet.

Only feedback would be a couple of more glasses in the cupboard. Also couldn't find a tea towel.

Not recommended.

It was clean.

The courtyard was hardly worth a mention, it is virtually just a light well when it is the only light source. There was no hairdryer, teabags or cloth to wipe the bench or dishes and no mat on the floor (which made it feel cold). The TV was slow and positioned in an unsuitable place, which meant you could not read the subtitles or hear it very well. If you happened to be overweight the bathroom would be a problem as it was tiny. All in all the place was too expensive for what it offerred. Also you can not get help as there is no reception.

bed too soft no hairdryer supplied and I had to buy one no dust pan and brush to clean up leaves that blew in ironing board was broken and had no cover no secure parking no washing facilities

Very good

Good location to the CBD, Clean and tidy room good AC unit.

The owner needs to establish a better description of where it is and the access to the rooms. From the main road it looks like an old house, some units access from here another 2 via the back road as you go through the shopping area. Not clear enough with signage etc.

Convenient location, clean and tidy, well equipped and perfect for overnighter

called staff with issue opening the gate, no answer, no reply. Cleaning staff were outside the door and smoking at 9:45am and it stank the room out.

Superb

Comfortable king bed, lighting, aircon, very spacious bathroom, smart TV, kitchenette with all the basics, the keypad at the gate and entry point and cleanliness.

It would've been nice to have a table to put our suitcase on top of for unpacking/packing. Also, it would be nice if there was something similar in the bathroom to lay out toiletries. The front gate and front door was hard to open. Wasn't easy to find.

On the surface, a good value option, however it needed a little more attention to detail.

The amenities were quite good, although more crockery would have been nice. Large, accessible bathroom would be a bonus to numerous people. Relatively inexpensive.

The two front apartments fronted, behind a brick fence, the highway with the traffic noise noticeable particularly on weekday mornings. It seemed there'd been no vacuuming under the bed, despite sufficient room to do so. The doona had questionable stains and the television came on when the air conditioning was turned on?!

Over priced and incredibly disappointing.

Very little, for the price we paid it was a rip off compared to other accommodation.

The lay out of the property was atrocious, bathroom to small, huge lounge/bedroom, small wardrobe, no drawers, soft bed with ill fitting sheets, ash tray full of cigarette butts in courtyard. The property looked like it was done by a builder with no knowledge of interior design requirements. Again the cost was way out of proportion to similar accommodations.
