Spacious new apartment in a beachfront building on Gonzaga Beach, with 59 m², 1 bedroom, open-concept living room, dining room, 2 Smart TVs with streaming services offering free movies and TV shows in the living room and bedroom, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances: 400-liter refrigerator, microwave, 2 types of espresso machines, drip coffee maker, sandwich maker, industrial-grade juicer, water purifier, popcorn maker, blender, and electric rice cooker (for longer stays).
Balcony off the bedroom with a side view of the ocean; comfortable, very airy, and well-lit. The apartment spans the full width of the building, with windows on three sides and open on all four sides; the only shared wall is with the kitchen, making it quiet. The view from the bedroom balcony is shown in the photos. Many amenities for your comfort.
Bars and snack bars right on the beach, open 24 hours.
The apartment is ideal for a couple on vacation or a work trip, as well as executives on business trips. If you have additional guests, we have a sofa bed and a fold-out bed.

Apto excelente, com tudo que precisávamos. Passamos 1 mês trabalhando em home office e foi uma experiência ótima. Anfitriã Maria é super solícita e preocupada com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Wifi funcionou perfeitamente, TV Smart no quarto permitiu que a gente conectasse nossas contas de streaming. Vista maravilhosa do mar. Local inspirou uma vida mais saudável. Recomendo
