Make yourself at home in our exclusive, bright, and cozy König Ludwig vacation rental (110 sqm), which accommodates up to 6 people on the first floor, featuring a rooftop terrace (40 sqm with outdoor seating) and a view of the mountains. The spacious, high-quality kitchen-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows is furnished with a dining table and comfortable benches. The living room, featuring a cozy fireplace and a 65-inch smart TV, invites the whole family to relax. There are 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 double beds (1x180 cm, 1x140 cm), as well as a bunk bed. We also offer a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate toilet, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, Smart TVs in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, a crib, and a high chair. The vacation rental is ideal for parents with children, grandparents, or small groups; it is a non-smoking home with free parking on-site. A bakery and supermarket are located 200 meters away



On-site costs: The total amount must be transferred 10 days before arrival. Check-out by 6:00-10:00, check-in by 16:00-19:00. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Final cleaning is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Crib and high chair provided free of charge. Tourist tax: €3.00 per adult per night, €1.50 per child per night



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
