The open-concept kitchen, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a seating area, and a comfortable pull-out couch, creates a cozy space for the whole family.
The bedroom features a double bed with storage.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
We provide towels and bed linens.

Our house is located in a quiet, sunny spot surrounded by nature!
Surrounded by mountains, away from traffic and the hustle and bustle, you’ll find a little vacation paradise here for the whole family.
Our two comfortable, self-contained vacation apartments, each 40 square meters with a terrace or balcony, offer an atmosphere where you can feel at home and relax.
The beautiful location of our house makes it an ideal starting point for hikes to alpine pastures, mountain tours, mountain bike tours, and cleared winter hiking trails right from the house, as well as many cross-country ski trails, downhill skiing, an ice rink, the Rupertus-Therme, and a biathlon center in our neighboring towns. In addition, our town’s central location offers countless opportunities to visit many interesting and well-known attractions in just a few minutes. You can wind down after an eventful day at our new barbecue area with a cozy seating area.
You can conveniently park your car in our carport. Mountain bikes and snowshoes are available for rent. A drying room for clothes and shoes is at your disposal. We’re happy to offer our guests an electric car charging station (for a fee).
On-site fees: A deposit of €70.00 is due at the time of booking. The balance is payable in cash upon arrival. The visitor’s tax is charged separately per person per night: Children ages 0–5: free; Children ages 6–15: 1.00 Euro; Adults ages 16 and older: 2.50 Euro. We provide towels and bed linens.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
