The vacation rental (65 square meters) can accommodate 1 to 4 people and features one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The living area features a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bathroom includes a shower/toilet and a washing machine. The balcony is furnished. The extra bed (guest fold-out bed) is set up in the living area. The apartment is equipped with an air and heat exchanger and air conditioning.
Both vacation apartments are located on the first floor of a three-sided courtyard. Both vacation apartments offer views of the Elbe River and Albrechtsburg Castle. It’s a 1-minute walk to the Elbe Bike Path, 3 minutes to the train station, and 4 minutes to the bus station. The historic old town center is a 15-minute walk away, and there are 2 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are also available in the immediate vicinity; a supermarket is right across the street. Pets must be registered in advance.
On-site costs: Payment terms: Payment is due 14 days before arrival via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, payment is due in cash on-site. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in from 1:00 p.m. or as arranged with the host; check-out by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. A crib and a high chair are available upon request at no extra charge. A guest tax of €1.50 per person/night will be billed separately on-site. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and a flat rate for electricity, water, and heating. A parking space is available free of charge in the courtyard. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee of €10.00 per day. Arrival without prior registration of the pet is not permitted.
