Here you’ll find all the important information
about the very comfortable, approximately 110-square-meter Vacation Apartment 1 on the upper floor of our house.
It accommodates 2–10 people.
Mountain and garden views
The apartment consists of an entryway, a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The vacation rental also features an infrared sauna with a second restroom
and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub.
The 9th and 10th guests sleep on a pull-out couch in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with a TV (flat screen), dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, hair dryer, and high chair.
Bed linens and towels are provided upon request and for an additional fee
(Please order before arrival / €15 per person per stay for a bed linen set / €10 per person per stay for a towel set)
Chairs, a table, and a grill are available for you in the garden/on the terrace. (Available for use by all guests)

Our vacation home was built between 1820 and 1840.
For many years, this historic, listed building housed a café run by the Kaufmann family.
Hence the name: Kaufmanns Café Vacation Home
The 9th and 10th guests sleep in the first-floor apartment, and the 7th guest sleeps on a sleeper sofa in the living room of the third-floor apartment. We love old, restored furniture and infuse our personal style into the decor.
Our large vacation apartment 1 on the upper floor was renovated in 2016, and the smaller one on the first floor in 2018–19.
Both are furnished in a rustic, cozy, and functional style.
The third vacation rental on the upper floor was newly built in 2019. A second bedroom was added in 2022. It features rustic, modern, and contemporary furnishings.
Bed linens and towels are NOT included; they are available for a fee (per person/stay; bed linens €15, towels €10).



On-site costs: A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking. Free cancellation is not possible at any time. A 100% cancellation fee applies. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or contactlessly via our key safe. Pets are not allowed—unfortunately, NOT even upon request. Cot/extra bed available upon request. Tourist tax: 0–5 years old free, 6–16 years old €1.20, adults €3.00. Security deposit: €100. Meals: None Included: Wi-Fi, bed linens €15, towels €10 (each per person/stay). Final cleaning: Ground-floor apartment: €75; Apartment 3rd floor: €90; Apartment 1st floor: €100. One parking space is available, but a fee applies.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
