Just about 300 meters from the beach lies the bright, 64 m² three-room apartment “Ostseeglück.” (Although the beach, shops, and restaurants are nearby, the apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle.)

In early 2016, the apartment (built in 1996) underwent extensive renovation and redesign to offer guests a particularly high standard and perfect comfort. It now features new flooring (real wood parquet and tiles), new doors, a new built-in kitchen, and a luxury bathroom. The apartment is bright and inviting, furnished in a Scandinavian style. The artwork on the walls is understated, lovingly chosen, and carefully curated. The apartment accommodates up to four people and features a large living room with a dining area and open kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 and 160x200). To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the beds are equipped with high-quality slatted frames, Schlaraffia mattresses (“Green First”), and high-quality, allergy-friendly duvets; the curtains feature a blackout function. You can start your day off perfectly in the new luxury bathroom: a floor-to-ceiling shower tray with a real glass partition and a Raindance shower, a heated towel rack, a rimless toilet for even greater hygiene and cleanliness, a magnifying makeup mirror, and a built-in radio.
The modern, brand-name kitchen is very well-equipped and will delight guests who enjoy cooking even while on vacation and for whom cooking and eating are a pleasure: ceramic cooktop, oven with telescoping rails, dishwasher, blender, hand blender, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cookbooks. When making coffee, you can choose between a traditional drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Amateur chefs are welcome to help themselves to the fresh herbs on the terrace. 
The terrace, furnished with modern wicker furniture, a parasol, a grill, and lounge chairs, is the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee, or a barbecue. We also pamper our guests with comfort at the beach: During your stay (May 1 through September 15), you can use a beach chair reserved just for you free of charge. To get to the beach, you can use a handcart (at your own risk), which is especially popular with our younger guests. Two high-quality brand-name bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area. The bikes are serviced annually, but use is at your own risk. If you bring your own bikes, they can be locked in a storage room belonging to the apartment, located in front of the building. Should the weather not cooperate, there are plenty of ways to pass the time inside the apartment: a small selection of books for adults and children, board games, a Blu-ray player with several DVDs, a radio/CD/cassette player, and two flat-screen TVs (one in the living room, one in bedroom 1)
Families with small children or long-term guests can use the washer and dryer free of charge. For babies and toddlers, a travel crib with a mattress and blanket, a high chair, a bottle warmer, and a step stool for the sink are provided. The apartment includes a parking space located directly in front of the house.

From May through September, our guests can use a beach chair free of charge on Boltenhagen Beach. Two bicycles and a handcart are also available. Use of these items is free of charge and at your own risk. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price. Upon arrival, you will find the beds made. Also included in the price are utility costs, Wi-Fi, parking in front of the house, and final cleaning.



On-site costs: A deposit of 30% is due 3 weeks after booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 6 weeks before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 40% of the total price. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.10 EUR per person per day is not included and will be charged separately on site.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
