Breakfast was more than sufficient. There were many options, they refilled quickly when something ran out, and the scrambled eggs were real eggs, not powdered! That doesn't always happen.
The view was amazing. I wish we set aside a day just to stay at the hotel and sit out in the yard with a book and a picnic and look at the view. Sunset was especially brilliant and we only noticed it the last day. It looks like those rocky mountains are lit from within by a really hot fire.
We traveled with our dog and he was welcome everywhere, even in the breakfast room.
I was able to do well with English and German, but others used Italian, so there's 3 languages available to travelers here.
I would stay again here in a heartbeat. It looked like most people stay only a couple of nights and move on. We found it worked well for a base for many places instead of just moving around all the time. It was a little more driving but better than constantly packing and unpacking for us, especially with the dog.
Everything was great. No complaints.

Very beautiful location and Julia and staff were so helpful as we had a flat tyre in our car and they went above and beyond to help us

I liked the view from the garden and rooms! It was beautiful!
The main building was scary. Old furniture in the corridors of the main building made my stay a little bit scary.
