The apartment is approximately 60 square meters in size and features a separate kitchen-living room equipped with an oven with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, hand mixer, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, bread slicer, steam iron, and ironing board. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a stereo with a CD player, and a DVD player. There are two bedrooms; one has a double bed, and the other has twin beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, along with a hair dryer. Towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens are included. Towels are changed weekly; for longer stays, bed linens are changed every 14 days. Our house is located in the quiet Weidach neighborhood, midway between Lake Forggensee and downtown. Parking is available right in front of the house.

We have a free storage area for bicycles in the garage.
The patio with seating is located in the garden and is available for use by both apartments. There are also lounge chairs there.
