great mountain views

beautiful Mountain View’s.

the more expensive rooms, although with balcony and bigger in size, don’t get the Mountain View. quite weird. the lower category rooms have a way better snow capped Mountain View.

Must stay property

Location is fantabulous with views of snowclad peaks in June and combined with valley. Hospitality and staff is beyond expectation. Hotel Manager Abhishek has made sure it's always customer first. People at restaurant, front desk, spa ; all have been very considerate and helpful. Food has great taste, though there is only one restaurant at property..... overall a fantastic place

There is no swimming pool. Never thought I would want that in a hill station resort but dharamshala was 35 deg Celsius the day we arrived. All was good the next day when it rained and temp went down.

Location and overall feeling

Breakfast variety and taste both need improvement . Staff need more training to increase their and efficiency.

Loved the property located in a beautiful picturesque location.

The limited amenities, had a huge problem getting on to the WiFi connection.

Superb location and views, good restaurant staff. Overall property understaffed.

Good breakfast

Property is understaffed. When we arrived there was not a single fellow at the point where the car drops us, not even a security guard. There was a number mentioned on a board where I called, and subsequently some cart was sent to pick us up after 10 minutes.

it was located very far from the civilization after crossing the cantonment area, secluded resort with nothing around it. very nice and quiet and lots of time to spend with family. nice activites and games in the property.

The restaurant and bar were extremely overpriced and that seemed to be a deterrent in enjoying the bar and the restaurant. Seating of bar was very open and seemed like it has been placed in the hallway of the passage leading to the restaurant, there was no privacy.

Truly a paradise for the soul

Chef Amit makes your stay truly memorable. his passion for hospitality shows in his every action. Be it the curating of a menu basis his guests likes or a chat on the area, his warmth adds value to what is even otherwise a super property.

Some of the guests can be pests, with their booming speakers and drunken parties in the common area between rooms into the wee hours of the morning, with no courtesy for the sleep needs of other guests.

The place is amazing. Very quiet and surrounded by the mountains and pine forests. You need a taxi to go to the main tourist attractions, but it’s also good to be in the rural and quiet surroundings. The staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating.

Great property.

the room size, property overall is exceptional. It is very well made and has breath taking views of the valley.

The property is situated in the lower hills and the weather is very hot. it will only be suitable to stay during winter months. Even early October was very warm throughout. Pricing is high. can be reduced by 15 %.

Location and structure of the property and room is nice.

Had a issue for checking, reception staff were asking for visa, I have explained them we are from Maldives and we do not required the visa. After explained them also the were keeping asking for visa. May be they need to train the staffs on free visa countries.

It was peaceful and amazing just what we were expecting.

The food was really good, from breakfast to dinner. Chef personally came to us and offered the special ambos tea and fresh corns. Overall the staff was very polite and helped in every way.

Everything was great once we reached reception but as it usually rains there, there was no shed at security entry. I would say they’re just 2 years old and still working various stuff.

Amoha .. A family and fun holiday place

Every member of the staff, right from Navneet at the reception, to the amazing Chef Anil and all the staff and people - were amazing. Each one of them would go out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable. Soniya, managing the travel desk for Amoha, does a Seamles job. The service levels were excellent. Anil can whip up an amazing veg/non veg meal in no time. He is just so customer focused and an amazing Chef .. the steamed fish, the trout and the stuffed chicken were too die for. The deserts were great as was the amazing breakfast spread. A very well maintained property and clean public spaces, including the rooms. A lot more is happening and can be done with the property to make it better. The indie sports facilities can sure be improved. A better pool table and cues, better carrom boards, addition of a TT table etc. should provide a lot more inclusivity and living to stay within the campus.

Very good place but over priced .. Right from the stay to the spa - they could all do well with a 20% shave off the price.

Beautifully made hotel. Simple and elegant. Excellent food. Courteous staff

The hotel did not have medical kit for pendenic- thermometer/oximeter etc Seem highly understaffed given its size. Very slow room service. Travel desk was not alert about the traffic conditions. We took 3.5 hours to go to Macleod gunk.

loved the lay out , the rooms were exceptional, very aesthetically designed , with beautiful paintings every where . it’s perfectly located , away from the crowded area and yet very convenient to go to the attractions of the place , beautiful snow capped mountain view if lucky . superb food, excellent staff …
