Charming, independent lower level of a villa (3 bedrooms – 6 guests) in a villa with a partial ocean view and a lagoon-style pool; sunny and quiet location.
The upper level of the villa is not available for rent. THIS GUARANTEES THAT NO TENANT (OF THE LOWER LEVEL) WILL EVER HAVE TO SHARE THE PROPERTY WITH OTHER TENANTS!!!

Sehr schön gelegene Einliegerwohnung mit viel Komfort und einer wunderschön angelegten Gartenlandschaft mit beheiztem Pool.
Klimatisiert sind ein Schlafzimmer und der Wohn- und Küchenbereich.
Wohnung und Küche sind komplett ausgestattet.
Unser Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la villa et de l’espace extérieur avec la piscine chauffée. La vue est magnifique également.
À l’intérieur l’équipement est très complet. Les 3 chambres et la grande salle de bain sont un plus.
Un séjour réussi !
