The view from your own balcony stretches from the Kitzsteinhorn all the way to Kaprun Castle. We’ve also furnished the Anne apartment in a cozy country-style that exudes typical Austrian charm. Best of all: On hot summer days, you can step right from the balcony onto the pool deck, and in winter, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the trailhead at Maiskogel or directly to the glacier.

Divided into two bedrooms and a large living room, our charming maisonette apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. You’ll find two separate bathrooms, as well as a living area with a large dining table and an open kitchen. The hillside location above the rooftops of Kaprun invites you to linger in our garden. There, our guests can relax on the cozy sun loungers right by the pool and enjoy a barbecue area for balmy summer evenings. Of course, you’ll enjoy free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our kitchen offers everything you need to treat your loved ones: A 4-burner stovetop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The accommodation also features a shared washing machine and an iron and ironing board.

The surroundings: The ski slope (350 m) is within walking distance and offers direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. Kaprun also offers the perfect selection of restaurants for every palate—from traditional Austrian dishes to international cuisine. Additionally, there are numerous shopping options in the center of Kaprun, which are only about 400 m away as the crow flies (ADEG, Neumair, etc.). For golfers, 36 holes await at the Zell am See Golf Club (6 km). Salzburg Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car or train (80 km).

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period, 14 days prior to arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the specified credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.



Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
