Julias Lake Views – The Penthouse Suite on the “waterfront” of Lake Zell: Spanning 95 m², it combines luxury with a spacious layout. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a large living area with high ceilings and exposed wood beams create a cozy atmosphere. The Penthouse Suite can accommodate up to 7 people. The lakefront promenade, featuring the MS Schmitten dock, is located right in front of the villa. Furthermore, the romantic historic center of Zell am See borders the rear of the house. In just a few steps, our guests can reach the center of Zell am See, which offers numerous shopping options, restaurants, and bars. The City Express gondola (300 m) and the train station (200 m) are also within walking distance. The golf course (4 km) and Salzburg Airport (75 km) are easily accessible by car or public transportation.

Whether it’s a leisurely brunch or a romantic dinner, our kitchen is fully equipped for every occasion: refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Central heating and climate-controlled flooring ensure the perfect temperature year-round. An iron, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a parking space in front of the house, round out the amenities.



Villa Julia by we rent is located directly on the waterfront (“Water Front”) of Lake Zell and offers suites with lake views in a central location. The recently completed suites feature two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area and can accommodate up to 7 people. Mountain railways, the train station, and the center of Zell am See are just a few steps away.

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the provided credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.



Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
