This level includes the main living area, a delightful open concept kitchen, a large dining area and access to the deck. The screened in porch and deck are furnished with plenty of furniture for everyone's enjoyment. The home includes two refrigerators, a gas grill, a hose and spigot to help to keep the sand outside and and a private driveway to park 3 cars. A terrific area for the nature lover, it is not uncommon to see the foxes running through the dunes, truly a bird watchers paradise, and a fisherman's dream. The owner will accept a pet (only 1 pet allowed) with a $250 non-refundable fee - Dogs Only under 60lbs. A linen package can be purchased for your stay.
