About this apartment rental
Since the summer of 2021, we have been renting out two spacious vacation apartments (for 4 and 5 people) in our PrimaKlimaVilla. Each apartment features its own terrace, a cozy kitchen-dining area, two separate bedrooms, and its own “wonder.” The spacious property along the Elbe offers plenty of room for relaxation, exploration, and play. Stand-up paddleboarders and boaters can head straight to the Elbe and get going. Cyclists can step right out the door and set off on the Elbe Cycle Route to explore Saxon Switzerland. Hikers can venture into the sandstone landscape just a few minutes’ walk away.
Could there be a better place for a climate-friendly vacation experience? Here, in the landscape conservation area of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, overlooking the Elbe—whose once-in-a-century floodwaters in 2002 still reached the basement of the house, underscoring the need for climate protection. There are still many wonders to discover in Zeichen. We look forward to satisfying your curiosity.
The jewel of this family vacation rental is undoubtedly the sunroom with a view of the Elbe River or direct access to the south/east-facing terrace and the garden for your exclusive use. On cooler days, the fireplace draws you into the cozy and fully equipped kitchen-living room, a gathering spot for sharing the day’s adventures. The vacation apartment features two separate bedrooms, modern, high-quality furnishings, and is fully heated or cooled via underfloor heating (geothermal energy).
The adjoining Elbe property offers plenty of space to run around, play, or simply relax. Cyclists can walk down the few steps to the bike port and set off on a delightful bike ride along the Elbe Cycle Path. Water enthusiasts can launch their kayaks right here and then grill some bread on a stick for the kids at the fire pit in the garden (it’s always the grown-ups who do it for the little ones anyway :-). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und nicht durchgelegen, Nackenstützkissen waren auch da. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht, es fehlte an nichts. Feuer kann man draußen an einer Feuerstelle an der Elbe oder drinnen im Ofen machen, Feuerholz war bei uns genügend da. Vom Wintergarten aus kann man direkt auf die Elbe schauen und dabei den Espresso aus der vorhandenen Macchinetta genießen. Es gibt Fahrräder und sogar 2 Tandems, die genutzt werden können.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung, alles hat gepasst!
Das Wetter und die Wanderungen waren herrlich, die Ausflüge mit den Tandems haben uns richtig viel Spaß und uns so mobil gemacht, dass wir das Auto gar nicht brauchten. Bis nach Bad Schandau zum Naturkundemuseum haben wir es geschafft!
Am Abend gab es zweimal ein Lagerfeuer mit Stockbrot unter´m Sternenhimmel.
Wir danken der Familie Lippert ganz herzlich und wären gerne eine Woche länger geblieben! :-)
