The Space:
This contemporary and luxuriously furnished 110 m² apartment is situated in Santa Barbara Heights within the Club la Costa World resort, offering stunning Mediterranean Sea views from its 30 m² private terrace. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
The open plan living room features a comfortable sofa area with air conditioning, a PlayStation 4, a large Smart TV for streaming services including Netflix and HBO, and a sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. The high quality fully equipped kitchen includes a Miele oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and juicer.
The master bedroom is a double room with a quality bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning, flat screen TV, a private en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is a double room with a quality bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning, flat screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional guest toilet is located in the hall.
The terrace is beautifully furnished with an outdoor sofa lounge and a large dining table for 6 guests, and features a private 2x2 m plunge pool with glass walls. The unheated private plunge pool is available all year round, though access may be subject to unexpected restrictions from the community or local regulations.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and a safe. A baby cot and highchair are available for children aged 0 to 2 years. A lift provides direct access to the apartment level and private parking is available in the basement of the building. Step-free access is available throughout the property.

Guests have access to two community pools, including one heated pool open all year round and one seasonal pool open from June to September, a swim training pool, and a baby pool.
