About this house rental
New house with 84 m² of living space and two enclosed terraces totaling 60 m². Private, enclosed parking for 2 cars in front of the house.
The first floor consists of: a large living area, a bathroom with a toilet and a 90x90 shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room, and a cozy sitting area with a high-quality 160x90 sofa bed.
Upstairs: a hallway leading to a first bedroom (known as the “children’s room”) with a 90x190 bunk bed, a second bedroom (known as the “teen’s room”) with two separate 190x90 beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed measuring 180x190, a half-bath with a sink, a full bathroom with a 120x90 shower, and a bedroom (known as the “adult” room) with a double bed measuring 160x190.
On the front patio, there’s a small outdoor seating area for aperitifs! And on the back patio, a gas grill is available along with a ping-pong table; you’ll also find a storage chest containing equipment for various activities: pétanque, beachcombing (50m away), sandcastle building (150 m away), etc...
A travel crib, a booster seat, and a safety gate are provided for the comfort of little ones!
We’ve placed special emphasis on high-quality bedding and all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
A beautiful white-sand beach awaits you just 150 m away, with access to bike paths for long rides along the coast.

Info claires de la part des propriétaires avant l'arrivée. Lieu conforme aux descriptions. Très fonctionel et très propre. A l'arrivée petites spécialités de bienvenue sur la table, belle surprise. Et la région est très belle. Séjour parfait.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt: geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, Küche von der Austerngabel bis zur Waage mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht. Und nicht zu vergessen: sehr nette Vermieter. Wir hatten auch dank dieser tollen Unterkunft einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Bretagne.
Magnifique maison de vacances qui ne laisse rien à désirer : meublée avec goût et de haute qualité, la cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaires, de la fourchette à huîtres à la balance. Sans oublier : des propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables et relaxantes en Bretagne, également grâce à cet excellent hébergement.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l'Ile Tudy. La location est très bien équipée, avec des materiaux de qualité, et totalement conforme aux photos. Nous avons apprécié les terrasses, le barbecue, la table de ping-pong. Le propriétaire a été très prévenant. La grande plage de sable blanc n'est qu'à 100 mètres de la maison. Nous avons bien apprécié la région, qui permet de nombreuses excursions et visites.
