About this apartment rental
Welcome to this large studio of 38 m2 completely refurbished located 70m from the port.
Ideal location, everything is done on foot.
3 minutes from the famous Place des Lices, 600m from the beach, 8 minutes from the citadel...
Many shops are located at the bottom of the apartment (ice cream parlours, shops, chocolate maker, bar/restaurant, Spar, banks...)
It is a lively and lively area, ideal for a holiday in the South.
The accommodations are located on the first floor of the building. There are only two of you in the building.
The studio has been refurbished to welcome travelers in a small modern cocoon to spend a wonderful holiday in St Tropez.
It is dedicated for 4 people. You have a double bed and a sofa bed available.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave.
The apartment has wifi and a TV.
For your belongings, a dressing room is installed to make you comfortable during your stay.
The owners offer a card to park for free in the parking lot of the port of St Tropez 300m from the apartment.
Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 1 dish towel
DURING YOUR STAY:
--> To warn us in case of Damage or Breakage.
--> To make sure to lock the Door at each Exit or Entry into the Building.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you:
--> Empty all Garbage Items in the Accommodation before your Departure.
--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to a normal state of use).
--> To replace the objects and furniture moved during your stay to its original place.
--> To Clean and Store Dishes and Empty the Dishwasher.
--> Clean Appliances (Hob, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine...).
--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.
--> To Throw Away or Take All Opened Food
In case of loss of the keys/card given, the breakage of a key/card or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveller.
Small dogs only are allowed at an additional cost.

This location could not get any better. It was convenient and walkable to everything. The AC worked amazing and the place was clean with hot water. The host was incredible, she texted us upon arrival and messaged us throughout our stay. Highly recommend. The only downfall is it is quite noisy just being in the location it is and other units in the complex. But would stay again!

Vous ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose d extraordinaire quand vous louez un appartement de 35 m2. Et en effet, il n y a rien d extraordinaire si ce n est que tout est parfaitement décrit dans l’ annonce ( sauf la climatisation qui a été une bonne surprise ) . L appartenez est propre, parfaitement fonctionnel, la salle de bain aussi, l emplacement en plein cœur de saint tropez à 50 m du port. Et une hôtesse d accueil très sympa
