Exceptionally clean.
Well equipped.
Warm - perhaps too warm at times.
Location - not too far from city centre.
Pleasant residential area.
Good bus service.
Excellent cafe for breakfast a few doirs away.
Only 4 mugs provided for 3 people ( the property sleeps 6!). We were constantly washing up after drinks..
Bath in bathroom with shower over is very deep. Needs to be advertised as such. As older guests we would not risk it and had to share the one shower.
Steps to the back door dangerous and would benefit from a handrail.

Location was perfect, Place was nice. Little bit tired. It was up to the job and clean and tidy. Could do with a little TLC

The apartment was lovely and situated in a leafy residential area with local shops pub and a deli.
The location was perfect for us exploring York for the first time.
The family settled in very quickly and it was great to be able to park the car at the property.
Kitchen was spacious with good white ware and large dining table.
As a family with young grandchild we cooked each evening at the apartment.
May I suggest a few more utensils would be helpful.
Small sharp knives, serving spoons, cheese grater and a pizza cutter.
There was only two knives, a bread knife and a carving knife which was quite blunt.
We have no complaints just a suggestion:)

Unfortunately, the apartment is very noisy. Heavy street traffic runs day and night, and thin walls mean you hear every door opening and closing throughout the house. The staircases are also very tight, so expect every person carrying a suitcase bumping up and down. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
