Our spacious apartments can accommodate up to 6 people. With 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, we’ve found the ideal layout for groups or larger families. In the living room, 2 additional people can sleep on our sofa beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. In addition, our guests can park right in front of the house and enjoy excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire apartment.
The open-concept kitchen is also fully equipped: With a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, your morning refreshments will be on the breakfast table in seconds. A fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a selection of cooking utensils provide everything you need to treat your loved ones to a special dinner. The accommodation also features a shared washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board available upon request.
The Surroundings: From traditional Austrian dishes to international cuisine, the center of Kaprun (500 m) is just a few minutes’ walk away. For those who want to hit the dance floor afterward, there are several bars serving cool drinks and a laid-back vibe to round off the evening. From the nearest bus stop (Youth Hostel, 150 m), you can take a free ride—just a few stops—to the Maiskogel/Kitzsteinhorn valley station or to Zell am See. The nearest grocery store (Billa) is only about 200m away as the crow flies and is also within walking distance. Salzburg Airport is about 2 hours away (80km) by car or train.

You’ll stay in stylish, modern apartments that accommodate up to six people and feature a private garden. You can quickly reach the Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel ski areas via the free ski bus.

• Just 300 meters to downtown Kaprun with numerous restaurants and shops

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the specified credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.
Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
