Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year! In order to make your stay more affordable, NO beach service is provided. Beach service can be purchased from the front desk for around $30/day. The Bed Setup: Master Bedroom: King Bed Living Room: Queen and Twin Sleeper Sofa Notice: HIIA PC&Rs, Section 4.5(f) Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter. Area Attractions: If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. The unit was just as pictured and was very clean. The resort is older but well kept. The pool is cleaned and maintained daily. Would def stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club! The condo is nicely updated and has super comfortable furniture! The king bed was extremely comfortable and I’m very picky about those things! 😅 The hosts even had beach chairs/toys/umbrellas available for use. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances all in good working condition. Only drawback was the coffee maker is only a Keurig, not a drip coffee maker and we had brought coffee and filters, but that was easily remedied! Other than that everything was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be back!

It was as good as we hoped. Clean, great view, very comfortable. Could have used a coffee pot, it’s a bit far to simply walk to the nearest coffee shop. We didn’t rent a car so any food or necessities we used Uber which was fine except for a morning coffee.

Out stay here was great. The location on the beach is fantastic, we played some pickleball and shuffleboard, and the beach service was good. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the boardwalk and restaurants which is great and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The linens on one of the pull out sofa beds was dirty but the owner got us clean ones. The view is amazing and the location is great too. You simply cannot beat being on the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. Just as a heads up for anyone else, the walk to the harbor water taxi is a bit far. The beach service at the building was great. We paid for all of our days when we got there and tagged an umbrella and chairs at 7am when they setup. At the end of our stay we could definitely see ourselves coming back every year.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this beautiful renovated and clean condo! The view was amazing and all kitchen utensils were new and they had everything we needed for the week! Easy walk to the beach and a large balcony to enjoy breakfast overlooking the beach! We can not wait to visit again thank you.
