Lovely flat with view to the sea in Luz

The location of the flat in relation to the different amenities was perfect. We only had to walk 3 minutes to reach the supermarket and the town center. Flat was spacious, very functional, and well presented. Terrace view to the sea was a great addition as well.

Lovely apartment in Luz

Le pire rapport qualité-prix de 30 ans de voyage

Le seul point positif de cet appartement, c'est le calme de la localisation. Pour le reste, on frise la catastrophe à tous les niveaux, surtout pour un prix pareil !

Tout ! La cuisine est sombre, mal équipée, sans aération, un mouroir qui donne sur un... couloir où il y a du passage. Chaque fois que le voisin sort de chez lui, il a le nez dans vos casseroles, ce qui vous oblige à baisser le store et à cuisiner dans le noir en pleine journée pour un minimum d'intimité ! La SDB est en mauvais état (crochets cassés) et mal foutue avec un tub de douche sans rebord ni porte mais avec un simple rideau bon marché. A chaque douche, c'est l'inondation ! "Détail" supplémentaire: il n'y a pas la moindre tablette ou armoire ouverte pour déposer quoi que ce soit. La chambre, spacieuse, voit sa garde-robe occupée à 90 % par le matériel d'entretien et le boiler, c'est insensé et pas pratique. L'autre armoire de rangement est... verrouillée ! Dans le salon, pas une armoire pour ranger quoi que ce soit et une TV avec les seules chaînes portugaises. Mais le meilleur est pour la fin, on vous vend un "penthouse avec une vue incroyable" et vous vous retrouvez avec une petite terrasse de coin obturée par un mur latéral, sans relax !, et dont 90 % de la vue donnent sur les terrasses des bâtiments en face. Alors oui, on voit la mer debout sur la chaise, mais pas assis, et pas tout le monde. De qui se moque-t-on ? Toutes mes félicitations au photographe en tout cas qui a fait passer un appartement archi mal conçu pour un incontournable. C'est la 5e fois que nous venons à Luz et c'est de loin, et même de très loin, la pire location. A ce prix-là, c'est du vol. Et même gratuitement, je n'y reviendrais pas. Je résume ? Dès que vous franchissez la porte, vous vous rendez compte tout de suite que "quelque chose ne va pas" ou, pour le dire autrement, que vous vous êtes fait avoir.
