SEEWOLF Vacation Rental:
Located right in the center of Zingst, between the two popular shopping streets, Strandstraße and Klosterstraße, is the "Residenz Strandstraße" —just 200 meters from the pier forecourt with the two “Steigenberger” hotels and the adjoining pier, the Kurhaus, and the beach! There’s a bakery right in the building, and cafés, restaurants, many small shops, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and two larger supermarkets are all in the immediate vicinity; the “SKIPPER,” one of the most quaint and popular (seafood) restaurants in Zingst, is diagonally across the street.
The cozy two-room “Seewolf” vacation apartment is located on the top floor (attic) of the RESIDENZ STRANDSTRASSE and consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area (approx. 23 sqm), a bedroom with a double bed (10 square meters), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a sunny south-facing balcony. With a floor area of approximately 50 square meters, the apartment is ideal for 2–4 people.
You can conveniently park your car in the private carport right next to the house, and all shopping options are within easy walking distance!
