Was a good stay. Definitely was value for money.

Very cosy rooms, comfortable beds as well.

Didn't stay long enough to notice much about the outside facilities. The other family we were traveling with didn't receive the best service when booking so we had to stay at separate accommodations, so we could not enjoy the facility together. We had to find other places to go, to be with our family

The communication from the staff was dreadful. The accessibility to the room was not good with winding stairs and unstable logs to walk on. The construction workers were constantly passing the room and looking in, so there was no privacy. The board in reception warns of noise, which is understandable, BUT to state ‘NO LAUGHTER’ is something I have never seen before and does not present a comfortable nor relaxed atmosphere. All-in-all, we were not impressed with the venue apart from the beautiful view. Would not recommend.

They gave us a room where we could see the the dam as the view, very beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and nice.

Felt at home. Sundeck is a home away from home

There was a male person whom welcomed us , very friendly and easy to talk to. What stood out for me was that when I came back to the room late in the evening the room was warm, how thoughtful of him to switch on the air conditioning for us. I loved it there. I’d recommend it and come back again

That I had to pay for parking, didn’t make sense.

The garden

Lots of rules stuck in the rooms, it's advertised as self catering but there's no equipment to self cater. The shower was the most pathetic mo curtain rail water all over the place. Not enough towels was strange to see am inventory plugged at the back of a door. Paid parking when you paid for accommodation makes no sense. Place very hostile almost felt like prison or the reception are it's plugged no laughing what a joke

The room was comfortable and the space was enough for me and my partner . The pool was a very very lovely place to be together with the garden . The staff was friendly and informative.

I didn't spend time there because it didn't meet my expectations and I demanded refund I didn't get even now so for me their service was poor. And I feel like they SCAMED me

I really liked the guy (Kingsley) who was welcoming us. He really knows how too treat the guests 👏his customer service is good

Had to wait for approximately 20min at the gate as they were busy calling each other to confirm my booking because i booked through bookings.com ,other thing Having to paying R100 for parking...plus there is this damage fee of R300 and all these things are mentioned after you booked with them ...

Safe, clean and comfortable

The location was perfect and central. Clean room with private bathroom and shower. Has a TV, small fridge, microwave and basic cutlery. This was a perfect stay. Internet was stable and good and most importantly the shower was hot and no issue of running cold.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking for each day of my stay! This must be looked at and be offered for free!

Awesome Place and View

This was a amazing 😍 place 👏 with the most amazing stunning View.......The Service was spectacular Paul was so friendly and went out of he's way to help us feel comfortable and Welcomed 😁 I will referthis Establishment to any Guest .....We love the Jacobs Coffee in the morning and the braai Facilities is amazing ....We will definitely come back soon...We love the View ......we can open the curtains and see the boat's......from far away. ...Best Service we had in along Time Well done Paul and staff.......We give u a up 👌👌👌 So happy to stay there at your Guys Establishment Thank you

The room did not look like the one on the picture when booking was made. There was constant light and noise of some sort through out the night in the room we could hardly sleep. The neighbors were arguing or talking very loud that too was disturbing.

Bad Experience

I like the location. Did not have any safety issues.

They had lots of uncontrollable mosquitoes in the rooms and bathroom. The swimming pool was not clean. I even asked them to clean it but they did not. The beds were not comfortable.
