About this apartment rental
The "Düne" and "Deich" apartments have the same floor plan, only mirrored, and measure approximately 55 m². They are duplex apartments. You can access them via an outdoor staircase through a shared hallway.
The apartments themselves consist of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a ceramic cooktop. Adjacent to the living room are the shower room and a bedroom. A staircase leads from the living room to a loft with a double bed.
From each living room, you can access either the rooftop terrace (with a beach chair) or the balcony.
We purchased the house, built in 1962, in 1986 (already bearing the name RÜM HART), and partially renovated and refurnished the interior.
In 2008, we undertook a complete renovation, constructing a brand-new roof—starting from the top edge of the first floor ceiling—with appropriate thermal insulation and creating space for two bedrooms in the “Düne” and “Deich” apartments. The first floor was additionally fitted with extra insulation and new windows and doors, and the layout of the rooms—including their furnishings—in the “Strand” apartment was redesigned.
You can park your car on the property and store your bicycles in a carport, as well as any strollers and handcarts you bring along. The laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. The garden is accessible to all guests of the house. Pets are not allowed in our house.
During the renovation, we took into account the various requests of our guests and our own experience from over 20 years of renting out vacation apartments, so that you, as our guests, can feel completely at home and relax in our house.
On-site fees: A linens package (consisting of bed linens and towels) can be added to your reservation for €12.00 per person. A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe sowie die Gemütlichkeit und Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was nötig ist und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Ferienhaus wird ein ruhiger Lebensstil eingehalten. Der Erholungsfaktor ist aufgrund dessen gewährleistet selbst wenn das Wetter mal nicht ganz so einladend erscheinen sollte.
Eine Bäckerei ist fußläufig gut erreichbar sodass auch frische Brötchen zum Frühstück täglich bereitstehen können.
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
