Nice and pleasant stay

Exceptionally neat and clean. Near by parks and groceries super market which are open on Sundays too. Not too far from old town if you can walk. Figs from the plants in their garden are super tasty. Very good and helpful hosts.

Really enjoyable family holiday in a lovely house

This is an excellent apartment a short walk from the centre of the city. Very clean and comfortable, and attentively hosted. There are supermarkets and places to eat and drink nearby.

I can't really think of any downsides here - one of the best stays we have had on our holidays across Europe. We had never been to Croatia before but will definitely be back.

Great Place To Stay, Would Highly Recommend

This apartment is a great place to stay and really enjoyed our week here, The hosts are very welcoming and nice to meet, good communication throughout, The apartment is very clean, with a comfortable bed a good quality shower. The garden was delight to wake to every morning and the location is very handy to be close enough to shops and the city centre without having the noise. We will be looking at returning in the future.

Could maybe do with a bit more of kitchen utensils.

Such a well maintained property owned by the nicest people!

Such an awesome place! It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near the park and sport center. The apartment was super clean and very well maintained. There is a beautiful view from the terrace to the garden. There were all kinds of utilities starting from dishes to the tea bags, which was very kind and useful! The owners are the nicest people ever! They are extremely friendly and ready to help you around! There also was smart tv with Netflix and YouTube 👍🏼 Nearby there was a big supermarket so it was easy to get everything from there. Also the bus stop was right in front of the building so it is easy to commute to the center. If you like walking then it takes around 20 mins to walk to the center which is not much. Overall, this is such a well maintained property with everything you need during your stay. It is not a party oriented place I’d say and that makes it perfect for families and people who came to relax to Zadar. And thanks again to the owners, they are the ones that make the house special!

Maybe if you like partying hard then this is not the place for you

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Everything is in perfect condition. There is a veranda looking-out over a well maintained garden. Parking right in front of the door. Nearby airport (20min. drive). Nearby large supermarket (Kaufland < 15 min walk). 25 min. walk to old city center. The windows have mosquito nets and blinds. And not to forget: the host (and rest of family) is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Lili and family, we had a wonderful stay.

There is a rather steep hump just before the gate of the apartment. When entering the carpark and your the bottom of your car is low to the ground, you may scratch its bottom.

The house is very well furnished, clean and comfortable. Lili is an amazing host, sharing with us all good tips to have a nice stay in Zadar. Walking distance from the old town. I highly recommend the house for a short or long stay in Zadar, you will have a good time
