The 40-square-meter vacation apartment, located on a single floor, is barrier-free in accordance with DIN standards and accessible via a ramp or a single step. Access is via Fichtenweg. The apartment sleeps 2 adults. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room is available for a child, if needed. The spacious balcony is furnished with patio furniture and offers a beautiful view of the Döbraberg. The bathroom is fully accessible (wheelchair-accessible sink, wheelchair-accessible shower with seating, toilet with folding grab bar) and has been modernly renovated. A towel warmer and hair dryer are provided. Towels are provided upon arrival, and the beds are made. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, SodaStream, electric kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kitchen linens). There is a lockable garage for bicycles and sports equipment. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to offer guided hikes through the Franconian Forest, as we are passionate hikers ourselves. Deposit: 100 EUR. Accessible according to DIN standards. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Crib and high chair available upon request.
