Quiet, clean, relaxed environment, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good (but not amazing). Friendly staff.
No safe in the room. Room decor was minimal -- there was only one chair. TV channel selection was not amazing, especially for those who don't understand German.

Location, staff and cleanliness
A bit noisy as the room was facing a street with buses/trams

It's a great hotel for young adults / teenagers. It seems to be focussed on them. The decor is all about sporting activities to do in the area. The staff were friendly. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when it comes to leaving some things in the locker for a few days before coming back to the hotel.
There's nothing really that I didn't like. I was a little disappointed at first when I had to pay for a locker to store my bags for a few days, but in the end the staff waived the fee which was for longer than 24 hours, so I only paid the 24hr fee, which was nice. I just thought that they could have stored my luggage for free for a few days while I'm away, however, it was not for free.

The location is very good. Very near to bus stops to access to key locations, including ski venues. Walking distance to Marktplatz.
Storage of luggage prior to check-in and check-out time is chargeable. No water kettle in room.
