Bad

It took me few weeks to ‘recover’ after my experience with the host of this house and Booking.com as well. The first problem started 1 day before my arrival. At the beginning I have to mention that a host had a problem to communicate in english (both speaking and writing). I spent half a day on booking chat trying to prove that I paid for the bath towels and linen (it was not mentioned in the offer that they do not provide it), because the host wanted me to pay for it additionally. After my arrival: no bath towels (although a day before he finally confirmed I paid for that) and the shower drain was completely clogged! After a few seconds the shower was full of water with all the dirt coming out from the blocked drain!!! And here the nightmare began… I asked the host again to bring towels and fix the shower. He wrote that someone will come at 8pm the same day to unblock it and bring the towels. Nobody came… when I asked I got a reply that ‚a woman’ have other job and will not come that day, but will come at 8 the next day. At 8 a woman came (no english), brought towels and left. I asked again the host about the shower… and I got a surprising reply that a woman could not find a products to uncork the shower so she will come at 1 pm again :) I left the house before noon… wasted 2 days of my holidays ‚fighting’ via whatsapp with the host without possibility to take a shower in a hygienic conditions (and was around 40degrees outside). The host was 700 km from us, was not interested to solve the problem fast, wrote me that probably I do not know how to use a shower and it is my fault it was blocked :) I spent another 2 days of my holidays in stress trying to get my money back from Booking.com. They were replying to me that after contacting the host both the host and the Booking.com refuse to give me the money back for the rest of the reserved days. I spent there less than 24h, I paid already for all week.

Bella casa ma serve maggior attenzione

Casa ben posizionata e ampia

Alcuni mobili vanno aggiustati. Sarebbe da aggiungere delle sedie nelle stanze.
