Air-conditioned 1-bedroom apartment (can be converted into a two-bedroom unit) on the 1st and top floor of the "MARINA DI BRAVONE" residence, offering a SEA VIEW with no direct neighbors across the way, an outdoor pool, and private parking. The residence, completed in 2021, is fully secured—featuring an entrance gate and a gate providing access to Bravone’s sandy beach—and boasts a tree-lined garden. It enjoys an ideal location—30 minutes from Bastia-Poretta Airport and 1 hour from the towns of Corte, Saint Forent, and Porto-Vecchio.
The rental consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable sofa bed (17 cm mattress, easy to unfold) opening onto a beautiful terrace; a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a closet; a bathroom with a walk-in shower; and a separate toilet.
Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator (fridge-freezer combo), a 108-cm LED TV, outdoor furniture, and BBQ essentials.
Nearby, you’ll find numerous shops: the Leclerc Shopping Center 2 km away, a weekly market 500 m away, and an on-site mini-market with a bread counter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick ist der Hammer! Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut top! Sogar Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Tischgrill alles vorhanden! Würden vorab ausführlichst über alles informiert. Vermieterin sehr freundlich! Waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder!

Appartement confortable, moderne et bien équipé. Résidence calme. Hôte très disponible. Très bon accueil. Très belles plages, parfait pour les jeunes enfants (piscine + mer).

L'appartement était agréable, décoré avec goût.
L'environnement laissait à désirer : moustiques à foison, vue sur le bazar du camping voisin, vis à vis important avec les voisins et marine alentour quasi abandonnée.
