Ich würde niemals wieder dorthin.

Wir sind 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt gelaufen

Kakalaken im Hausflur. Sofa abgelegen und nicht das was in der Beschreibung ist. Stickende und stickige Zimmer. Zu wenig Besteck , nur zwei Gabeln. Anreisen Straße im Bad. Vermieter hat sich nicht gemeldet nachdem wir ihm über die Umstände geschrieben hatten.

Cucarachas en el baño

Nada más llegar encontramos una cucaracha de gran tamaño en el único baño, sobre la funda de un cepillo de dientes. Poco después apareció otra en la ducha, que tuvimos que matar nosotras mismas porque el apartamento no disponía de ningún insecticida; este solo apareció cuando acudió el personal de limpieza tras nuestra queja. Perdimos por completo la confianza en las condiciones higiénicas del alojamiento. Solicitamos un cambio de apartamento, pero nos dijeron que no era posible. También propusimos trasladarnos a un hotel asumiendo la propietaria únicamente la diferencia de precio, pero rechazó esa opción. Después de la incidencia, una limpiadora desinfectó el baño, colocó trampas para cucarachas y nos proporcionó cepillos de dientes nuevos, lo que demuestra que eran conscientes del problema. Si existe riesgo de cucarachas, algo relativamente frecuente en verano en zonas como Gandía, las medidas preventivas deberían estar implantadas antes de la llegada de los huéspedes, no después. Lo peor vino después. La propietaria se comprometió por escrito, a través del chat de Booking, a devolvernos el importe de una de las tres noches (120,04 €). A día de hoy sigue sin hacerlo. Booking le ha solicitado varias veces que autorice el reembolso, pero ha ignorado todas las peticiones. Cuando intenté contactar con ella por WhatsApp, respondió que no iba a seguir contestándome. Queremos destacar la profesionalidad de las limpiadoras y del servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, que gestionó el caso con rapidez y nos concedió un saldo de 67 € como compensación. No recomendamos este alojamiento. Un incidente puede ocurrir en cualquier sitio; lo que marca la diferencia es lo que marca la diferencia es la forma de gestionarlo. En este caso, tanto la falta de higiene como el incumplimiento de un reembolso prometido por escrito hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera completamente insatisfactoria.
