A fuir absolument

La disponibilité de derrière minutes

Après une éprouvante journée à sillonner les routes à vélo, notre famille de cinq personnes cherchait simplement un toit pour la nuit. N'ayant pas trouvé de logement disponible pour cinq, nous nous sommes résignés à réserver ce soi-disant « chalet » pour trois personnes à 190 €, pensant trouver un abri décent. Le cauchemar a commencé dès le premier coup de téléphone, lorsque la propriétaire m'a brutalement répondu : « Je n'ai pas pu répondre à votre message, j'ai beaucoup de travail. » Sur place, la réalité a dépassé l'entendement. L'endroit n'était en rien un chalet, mais un garage réaménagé en studio, étouffant, humide et dépourvu de toute aération : les deux seules fenêtres étaient des châssis fixes impossibles à ouvrir. L'état d'hygiène était tout simplement abject. Du papier usagé gisait dans la douche, la hotte était crasseuse et le sol collant. Pour couronner le tout, la literie et les oreillers étaient jaunis, auréolés (voir photos). La propriétaire a avoué qu'elle ne faisait jamais le ménage et que c'étaient les occupants qui étaient censés le faire. Côté prestations, l'annonce dissimulait une cascade de frais cachés : pour le linge de lit, pour la piscine, et l'obligation de louer un kit payant pour obtenir le moindre rouleau de papier toilette ou morceau d'éponge. Soucieux d'installer le reste de la famille, nous lui avons expliqué notre situation. Elle nous a alors proposé un matelas d'appoint humide et taché pour 50 €, exigeant un virement bancaire immédiat. Nos téléphones étant intégralement déchargés après notre trajet à vélo, nous lui avons demandé quelques minutes le temps de rebrancher nos appareils. Sa réaction a été d'une violence inouïe : elle m'a arraché le matelas des mains en hurlant de payer sur-le-champ ou de sortir. Lorsque mon mari et mon fils sont arrivés, la propriétaire a physiquement bloqué l'accès au logement en hurlant « Je suis chez moi !

Peut-être préciser que la piscine est un supplément car rien n’est spécifié dans l’annonce et mes enfants ont été très déçue . Prévoir au moins un rouleau de papier wc pour ne pas se retrouver au dépourvu et un frigo branché avec de l’eau fraîche à l’intérieur serait l’idéale.

⭐ À fuir absolument. Nous avons réservé ce logement à 83 € en sachant parfaitement que nous ne serions pas dans un hôtel de luxe. En revanche, nous nous attendions au minimum à un logement propre et à un accueil respectueux. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été catastrophique. À notre arrivée, le logement était dans un état de propreté inadmissible : une culotte sale traînait sur un meuble, du papier était encore présent dans la douche, l’évier était sale, de la poussière recouvrait les meubles et le sol était tellement sale qu’une simple lingette est ressortie complètement noire après un seul passage. Nous avons pris des photos de tout. Autre mauvaise surprise : plusieurs informations importantes ne sont pas suffisamment mises en avant dans l’annonce. La piscine est indiquée « en supplément », mais son tarif de 20 € n’est pas clairement affiché. Les produits ménagers sont mentionnés dans les équipements, mais il faut finalement louer un kit comprenant notamment le papier toilette, l’éponge et le liquide vaisselle. Le linge de lit est également facturé 15 €. Nous avons également eu le sentiment que ces informations n’étaient pas suffisamment mises en évidence avant la réservation. Le plus choquant reste cependant le comportement de la propriétaire. Dès notre premier échange téléphonique, elle m’a raccroché au nez en disant qu’elle était en double communication. Lorsque nous lui avons signalé l’état du logement, elle nous a reproché de ne pas avoir suffisamment lu l’annonce, alors que notre problème principal concernait avant tout la propreté. Nous ne demandions pas un remboursement, simplement un geste commercial, par exemple nous offrir l’accès à la piscine au vu de la situation. Refus catégorique. Sa réponse a été : « Vous partez, je vous rembourse, sinon vous allez me laisser un mauvais avis. » Elle nous a également déclaré : « Si vous cherchez un logement propre, ce n’est pas ici qu’il faut aller.
