It was clean, very spacious, the sun terrace was lovely and it was nice to dine out there and watch the lovely sunrise and the sea view
There is a lovely Indian restaurant opposite the apartments and many more down the road at the beach
Having to pay 400 euros upfront as a bond
The apartment would benefit from a deep clean the sofa had stains
The kitchen light fixtures which were glass had dead cockroaches stuck inside
The towels and the bedding are quite worn
All the doors squeak wd40 needed
The neighbours are very noisy until early hours

The property was modern and light. The outside terrace was a good size, beds were comfortable.
The property was at the top of a very steep hill, not suitable for elderly or people with walking difficulties. We had to get a taxi back if we were out . We were under the impression we were staying in the marina area but that was not the case. The terrace was overlooked by all the surrounding apartments and people upstairs threw food onto it which attracted pigeons, making a mess everywhere. We also had ants in the apartment and had to clear the kitchen of cockroaches in the morning. The host said that the cockroaches weren’t a problem. Many of the dishes in the apartment were chipped.

Een mooi gerenoveerd appartement met een groot terras op het zuid-oosten. Het appartement heeft voldoende uitrusting.
De geluidsoverlast van de neven- en bovenburen is heel vervelend en zeer frequent. Soms zelfs tot in de late uren. Omdat het appartement in een oud gebouw zit, is alles zeer gehorig. Daarnaast wordt er frequent verbouwd wat tot enorm veel gesloop, ge{dril)boor, gezaag en andere activiteiten leidt die ons verblijf bepaald niet leuker maakten. Tenslotte in 6 weken 8 kakkerlakken uit het appartement verwijderd. Door dit alles komt de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, wat ons betreft, zeer onder druk te staan zeker gelet op de laatste forse prijsverhoging.
