The apartment offers contemporary amenities across 79 square meters of living space for 4 people, including every comfort such as underfloor heating, electric exterior blinds in both bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that create an open, airy feel with a view of the garden.
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen-living area with an adjoining dining and living area overlooking the furnished terrace (partially covered) and the garden. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80x200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). The spacious bathroom with a window includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available for your use free of charge. A storage room rounds out the apartment’s amenities. A reserved outdoor parking space is located in front of the house, and bicycles can also be stored there.
