This bright, modern, and wheelchair-accessible 3-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and is just 100 meters from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms—one bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.10 m, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Electric blinds—found in every room of the apartment—ensure a comfortable night’s sleep in both bedrooms. The apartment also features a living/dining room with a bright, open kitchen (kitchen countertop 1.02 m high) and direct access to the southeast-facing terrace, where you’ll be greeted by the morning sun. In addition to the toilet in the beautiful, spacious, natural-light-filled shower room—which features a mirror cabinet and a barrier-free shower—a separate guest restroom is available right next to the living area. The washer-dryer is located in the apartment’s storage room. The apartment’s private parking space is right next to the building and is equipped with a wall-mounted charging station (for a fee).
