The location is near the university, and the cleanliness was very good.
Breakfast was prepared upon request, and I had to wait about 15 minutes.
The view from the room was over some puddles and a storage area.
The bar is closed after 10 PM.

First and definitely the biggest issue was that during my 1 day stay I found 4 bugs in the bathroom besides other smaller insects. The bathroom door was really old and I am sure it was a good host for those insects. The shower was outdated. Breakfast could have been better and the final touch was that we weren't given the option to pay with anything else besides cash for the hotel, but a coffee could have been paid by card....
