About this house rental
Large village house of 220m2 completely renovated in 2021 that can accommodate up to 12 people maximum very comfortably.
On the first floor:
- 1 entrance with small living room, library and television.
- 1 spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
- 1 large living room of 40m2 with comfortable lounge with its 3 leather sofas on one side and dining room on the other with table for 12 people.
- 1 bedroom with x160 bed storage chest. Private shower room and toilet.
- 1 bedroom with x160 bed, wardrobe and storage chest. Private shower room and toilet.
- 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with x160 beds with storage cupboard
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each with storage wardrobe
- 1 shower room
- 1 bathroom with toilet
- 1 separate toilet.
All rooms in the house are air-conditioned with individual remote controls.
Total of 5 toilets including 2 independent.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels).
Cleaning included
Outdoor terrace with very large lunch table. The terrace is protected by a stretched canvas to allow lunch in the shade.
Large outdoor plancha.
The swimming pool is 8x3.5m (open from 1 May to 15 October)
It is heated in May, June, September and early October to a minimum of 25°.
Integrated electric roller shutter.
6 Pool sunbeds.
Very unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux.
On the arrival side, small enclosed garden with bowling alley and teak garden furniture.
Private outdoor parking for 3 cars. No difficulty parking in front of the house.
Extremely quiet environment. Please respect the neighborhood by being careful not to make too much noise after 23:00.
Parties are prohibited.
No music outside.
No petanque games at night!
Pets are not allowed.
Bicycle garage - keys on request
Electric vehicle charging is prohibited in our area. Charging stations are located nearby.

La maison est rénovée idéalement. Tout est très bien pensé. Les propriétaires sont joignables facilement et ils sont très réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison totalement rénovée il y a peu. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et la maison est super bien équipée.
Nous avons très bien été accueillis et nous remercions notre hôte !

Maison rénoveée avec goût, très agréable et fonctionelle.
Calme et proche de trés beaux villages..
Cuisine très bien équipée.
