About this apartment rental
Vacation home by the stream with 90 square meters of living space and a sunny terrace. Our vacation home, with 90 square meters of living space spread over two floors, is a largely newly renovated house built in 1965. A small, decorative front yard and a terrace with patio furniture adorn the house and are perfect for barbecuing, especially in the summer. The house can accommodate up to three people (a fourth person can stay on a sofa bed in the TV room upon request). The fully equipped kitchen-diner, featuring an oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, pots, and dishes, has everything you need. A refrigerator and a freezer are located in the pantry. On the upper floor of the house, there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. A cozy living room with a TV on both the first floor and the upper floor invites you to relax. A small, private room can be used, for example, as a bedroom with a crib or as a playroom for children. The small, cozy bathroom on the first floor, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine is available for your use. You can use the Wi-Fi, the parking space in front of the house, and bicycle storage free of charge. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a relaxing vacation! Pets are allowed upon request for a one-time fee of 20.00 EUR per stay. A baby bed is available upon request for a one-time fee of 10.00 EUR per stay. Towels, bed linens, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut, aber nicht übertrieben eingerichtet und ausgestattet. An den extrem heißen Tagen war das Haus angenehm kühl. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll. Für unsere Enkel (7 und 5) war der kleine Bach der Höhepunkt.

The house was perfect, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Also plenty of things for kids to play with if raining which was a big win for us. Would definitely book again!
